On November 1st, the second session of the Qingshan Lecture was held at Qingshan Academy in Wenzhou. This lecture specially invites Zhang Xingkai, Honorary President of the China Academy of Work Safety Sciences, Chairman of the National Work Safety Standardization Technical Committee, and Executive Vice President of the China Association of Work Safety, as well as Shen Aiguo, Dean and Professor of the School of Journalism and Communication at Zhejiang University City College, to give special presentations. More than 200 people attended the lecture, including leaders and responsible persons from the board of directors and subsidiary companies of Qingshan Industrial, as well as students from the special training course on corporate document writing and news publicity. The lecture was hosted by Ye Jianliang, Executive Vice Dean of Qingshan International Business School (preparatory).

Professor Zhang Xingkai elaborated on General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on safety emergency work in the new era, analyzed the current situation of China's rapid development opportunities in improving the quality of safety emergency work, pointed out the challenges and problems existing in enterprise safety emergency work, put forward reasonable suggestions such as legally assigning responsibilities, making good use of technology, preparing contingency plans, and building intelligent command platforms, as well as the expectation of building a complete safety management system.

Professor Shen Aiguo analyzed the impact of news communication from the perspective of its laws, characteristics, and paths, summarized several erroneous psychology in news work, and proposed work ideas and specific strategies.

This lecture has both theoretical and case support, as well as practical guidance significance, bringing new ideas, methods, and approaches to the emergency management and news work of Qingshan Industrial.
